China wine moves: Jebsen to add Bollinger, Ayala, Chanson Pere et Fils

Look for Jebsen Fine Wines to become exclusive China importer and distributor of Chanson Pere et Fils and Champagne brands Bollinger and Ayala, all owned by Societe Jacques Bollinger, as of April 1. The three wine labels are currently handled by ASC Fine Wines, whose marketing efforts have ranged from establishing Bollinger bars to holding wine dinners and  James Bond “007 Quantum of Solace” parties in Beijing and Shanghai. While Jebsen has not put out a press release, it is informing on-trade customers of the additions and that it will stop handling Champagne brand Laurent Perrier as of March 31.
