Torres China has been holding a series called Wine Night in Beijing that takes tasting in new directions.
The fifth in the series includes a tasting session at the Torres office, a wine dinner (this time at Three Guizhou Men), and an hour of billiards at the 821 pool club. To make things more intimate, the events are limited to four men and four women, thus adding a strong social aspect in a scene that often ends up focused on technical tasting.
The next Wine Night in Beijing is slated for August 7 and is RMB188 per person. Reservations are essential.
