Registration for the sixth annual China Sommelier Competition is now open, says event founder Tommy Lam. The deadline for applications is July 15.
The qualifying exams are slated for July 31 — Lam expects to be held in eight to ten cities — with the results being announced that evening. The finals will be held on September 10 in Shanghai.
