Posted on | April 22, 2011 | No Comments

Torres opened a fourth China wine shop earlier this month under its Everwines brand. The newest shop is in Shanghai and follows two openings in Chengdu and one in Xian. The shop covers 200 square meters, includes a terrrace, and will feature iPad-based wine ordering and education. States the press release:

The shop will also be the first to use an iPad wine list in Shanghai. Wine lovers will be able to select their choice of wine through this innovative technology. At the same time as choosing their favorite wine, guests will be able to learn more information about the wines through the iPad. All the wines will be showcased with more clarity, detail and interactivity with the help of this high-tech product.

The press release also notes that the shop includes a VIP area, an education room, and a wine bar. The menu will include 300 wines by the bottle and 12 by the glass as well as appetizers.
