		<description>Great post, I was curious as to what wine was served!  In the photo of Premier Zhou and President Nixon, I believe they are drinking Moutai.  It was the favourite drink of Premier Zhou, and I remember a photo taken from the opposite side that showed the glasses clearer.</description>
