Hi Enrico,

I just talked to John and he said they have Italian appetizers, including grilled baby lamp chops, a type of Porcini mushroom grown in China, cold cut meats (antipasta), and so on. I also recently had some nice seared tuna there.

Cheers, Jim

Does Palette offer typical Italian appetizers with the wine, such as "porcini mushrooms in olive oil", or other similar specialties?

Hi Dan,

From what I understand, Palette has no California wine in its portfolio.

Cheers, Jim

John Gai's inovation in combing wine retail with eatery must be the first in China. He may have hit the right buton to reach out to Chinese consumers.
